HOW TO APPLY

Mental Health Training Program:

Trainees provide individual, couples, group, and family counseling services under Rainbow Counseling & Case Management Services.  Select trainees may also provide school-based individual counseling or group work. Our school-based group work utilizes the QscOUTs model for supporting LGBTQ+ students with healthy development, leadership opportunities, and in celebrating all aspects of their identities and experiences.

The Mental Health Training Program is coordinated by the Clinical Program Manager, Micah Rea.  Trainees receive 2-hour weekly group supervision and 1-hour weekly training by Rainbow staff and community partners. Trainees will also be assigned a clinical supervisor who provides one hour per week of individual supervision.

To apply to Rainbow's Mental Health Training Program, please submit a resume with a short cover letter telling us about yourself and your professional goals. For more info, email micah@rainbowcc.org.

Licensed mental health clinicians who are interested in providing clinical supervision should contact micah@rainbowcc.org.
