Executive Oversees the functioning of the Board of Directors	Fundraising Creates and carries out special event fundraisers
Development Plans and oversees trusts and investments	Recruitment and Nominations Recruits and nominates new board members
Finance Manages finances, prepares financial reports for the board meetings	Public Relations and Prism Newsletter Develops public relations and maintains the organization's newsletter
Advisory Advisors bring prized skills to the organization (e.g., grant writing, public relations, program consultations and fundraising).	Program Oversees development and evaluations including operation of the organization's volunteer programs.
