Women OUT and About (WOAA) is a women's social group, for single and partnered women, and is part of the Rainbow Community Center (RCC). We hope you'll join us! Welcome to women's world! You can now access our activities on the web calendar. Come to our Wednesday Women's Discussion group every Wednesday at 6:30 P.M. at the Center. See calendar. You will now be able to access The Women's Out & About Calendar on the web, at your convenience. You will still receive updates and notices about special events. But with this calendar you will be able to see all coming events for all months. Please click on the link below to access the calendar. Wednesdays
The Women's Discussion Group meets every Wednesday night at the Center from 6:30-8pm. This group provides an opportunity to become acquainted with other women and to discuss issues related to a Lesbian or bisexual lifestyle. Check out our Wednesday evening group at 6:30pm at the RCC. We have interesting topics, a great group, and handouts. Contact RCCSocialCommittee@hotmail.com for addional information or to get on our email list. There is always a good and varied aged crowd, with both single and partnered people. It's a great opportunity to meet old friends or make a new one. You never know (wink, wink). Bring a dish or drinks to share. We'll chat, eat and then quickly discuss the next month's calendar. Afterwards, enjoy a Lesbian Flick on the VCR with popcorn. Sometimes a group heads off to Club 1220 or Slates in Walnut Creek, or Bleu in Danville. Another group may stay to chat a while longer.

Jan also sends weekend activity reminders each Wednesday or Thursday, so let her know if you want something included.
Hey, do you ever wish you had someone to go with you to a special function, etc.? Well, here's your chance. Contact Jan and she'll get the word out via the email list.
How about someone to host a "wild flower" hike? Brunch at your house? A picnic in the park? Give Jan some ideas and we can run with them!
